With data syncing automatically, there's no more double-entry and far fewer missed updates – making share scheme administration smoother and faster.
When you issue shares or options, Vestd auto‑fills recipient data from your HRIS, saving time and reducing the risk of typing errors.
When a team member leaves and their status changes in the HRIS, Vestd flags it, alerts scheme admins, and pre‑fills the leave date to accelerate off‑boarding.
Employee records are automatically matched to existing shareholders using name, email and NI number, and any discrepancies are highlighted for you to review.
Updates happen from the HRIS into Vestd. Syncing creates a single source of truth, so your equity records always reflect HR data.
Not using HR software yet? Upload employee details via our spreadsheet template. Vestd will still link records and flag any mismatches.

Which HRIS platforms can I integrate with?
Vestd supports many platforms, including:

How does it work?
Currently, it’s a one-way integration using APIdeck. So Vestd pulls employee details from your HR platform. This will save you time when creating a new scheme to grant shares or options to employees.
Any updates made to employee details in the HR platform will be reflected on Vestd, refreshing every 24 hours. This also means that if an employee enrolled on your share scheme leaves the company, we’ll notify you so you can process them on Vestd as needed.
For existing customers with schemes up and running: If you enable the HR integration, Vestd will match up existing stakeholder records with the info pulled from your HR platform.
Alternatively, if you don’t use a HR platform, you can upload a spreadsheet with employee details. Any changes thereafter will be manual.
