This depends on the number of share scheme members, the size and complexity of the business, and whether any changes or reconcilliations are required. For non-complex org structures with 25 scheme members, the average is 1–2 weeks.

Of course. We will extract all of the necessary information and upload it to the platform so you can enjoy a centralised, holistic view of company ownership. 

We will also upload any existing documentation, such as share certificates, agreements and resolutions and add those to your secure data room, so you have everything in one place. 

And once we've connected your account to Companies House, your digital cap table will automatically update. Digitise once, sync for good.

Vestd's two-way Companies House integration is a huge time saver, automating admin and filings and reducing the risk of mistakes.

There are over 18 forms/documents that customers can file directly to Companies House electronically via the Vestd platform. We also take care of 13 post-only filings for our customers.

As for HMRC, you can submit annual notifications via the platform. And request a new or refreshed EMI/CSOP valuation directly. Our team will then prepare and send it to HMRC to get their approval.

Once you’re live, our support team is on hand to help you get comfortable with the platform and answer any scheme or admin questions. The level of support thereafter depends on your chosen subscription.
