Specialist Elaine is a Learning & Organisational Development Specialist and joined Vestd in April 2022. She works within the HR and Operations teams to support the team at Vestd.

Elaine’s background is in education and social mobility. She believes that shared ownership is a useful tool to engage and empower a team, creating a more equitable workplace culture.

Rachel joined Vestd in 2018 and has helped hundreds of companies recruit, retain and reward their teams using equity.  

Rachel is an expert in all the different share schemes we can help you set up and manage on the platform.

Additionally, she's personally benefited from an EMI scheme so understands the processes and impacts of share schemes from all sides.
