What made you want to launch a share scheme?
The company has always believed in employee participation in the business and most of the management team had share options from an earlier scheme.
As the business grew and a new generation of superstars were evolving, the directors looked at launching a new EMI scheme.
How does your team use Vestd?
The first priority was to make it more visible to staff, particularly after the initial launch of the scheme.
The next major requirement was ease of administration, as not only is this time-consuming but there is always a risk that mistakes are made or HMRC procedures are not followed.
The final requirement was structuring the scheme to meet the expectations of the Optimise team, in line with what else was being offered in the marketplace.
