How do I get access to a portfolio company's cap table?

Access is set up by the company, with read-only permissions defined for you.

Will I be notified of changes like a new option pool?

Yes. Dilution and share scheme changes are visible as they're modelled, in real time.

Can I see valuations and signed agreements directly?

Yes, for any company that has granted you access.

Does registering mean Vestd is giving me investment advice?
