Term Sheet

A Term Sheet is normally used as a first step to indicate serious intent between you and the investors to proceed with an investment and lays out the key terms involved, but without being legally binding.

It serves as a foundation for negotiations and sets the framework for the final Investment Agreement. It helps both parties understand what they're getting into and aims to minimise any misunderstandings later on.

For investors, it provides a snapshot of the investment opportunity, while for the company seeking investment, it lays out the terms under which they'll receive funding.
