Press release: Titanbay named 'Most Generous Company 2025'

Press release: Titanbay named 'Most Generous Company 2025'

An asset management company has been crowned as the UK’s Most Generous Company thanks to its employee benefits offering.

Earlier this year, sharetech platform Vestd launched its hunt to find the UK’s most generous employee to celebrate National Share Scheme Day (22 May).

UKs Most Generous Company 2025 (1)

The competition was judged by Vestd CEO Ifty Nasir and Simon Squibb, founder of HelpBnk

The judges selected Titanbay thanks to the company’s generous employee benefits package and people-centred approach to company culture.

It held off competition from runners up Flexa Careers and Stewardship Wealth, third place winners Boughey Distribution and fourth place winners Higson.

Its benefits package includes an employee share scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, life insurance, working-from-home tech contributions and support for new parents.

Ifty Nasir, founder and CEO of Vestd, said:

“I’m delighted to hand over the inaugural UK’s Most Generous Company prize to Titanbay.

“They faced down fierce competition to secure the title and can be rightfully proud to be the ones lifting the trophy. For me, a company is stronger when everybody pulls together and everybody shares in the success.

“Titanbay’s benefit package is testament to that school of thought and it’s obvious that they are leading an excellent company culture.

“There’s a level of consideration to all of Titanbay’s benefits that adds up to a significantly people-focused environment. On all fronts, Titanbay is demonstrating that it really genuinely cares about its people.”

Andrada Ciobanu, Titanbay’s associate director of people and talent, added:

“Ownership is one of our core operating principles, and something we live by every day. We take great pride in the fact that each of us is an owner, sharing both the responsibility and the success of what we’re building together — and we’re absolutely thrilled to see that recognised with the award from Vestd”.

Judge Simon Squibb added:

“Out of all of the entries, Titanbay just blew us away completely. It’s really clear that the company is incredibly invested in their overall employee experience and that generosity is at the heart of everything they do.

“They told us that their benefit package had become a ‘key differentiator’ helping them to attract and hang onto talent, and we could really see that in the breadth of what they offer their team members.

“Not only do Titanbay team members enjoy full health and dental cover, but they also have access to employee counselling and wellbeing initiatives and share options for everybody. On top of that, none of this is gatekept for long-term employees, it’s there for the taking from day one.”
