Vestd goes fully remote to give the team a better work/life balance and to access talent from across the UK and beyond. Meanwhile in India, LetsVenture launches MyStartupEquity, a SaaS cap-table & ESOP tool - the company’s first step toward full-stack equity management.

Vestd doubles to forty team members and is recognised by the prestigious Europa Awards in the category of ‘Hottest B2B/ SaaS Startup 2021. We also land in the Top 3 of the BreatheHR Best Company Culture Awards. Our media profile builds rapidly and we are featured in Forbes, Sifted, HuffPost and more. Over the course of the year, we are featured in over fifty International titles and many of them, multiple times. And LetsVenture rebrands their equity platform as ‘Trica Equity’.

Vestd is listed as a winning ‘Fintech50’ startup by TechRound. We are also finalists for Startup of the Year at the Fintech Awards London 2023 and finalists for ‘Innovative Product of the Year’ at The Hustle Awards 2023. Trica passes 1,000+ startup customers, including 11–12 unicorns and ~150 post-Series A companies. By this stage, Trica is also managing US $20 billion+ worth of private-company equity, with 21,000+ employee option-holders on the platform.

A marriage of two minds! Trica and Vestd merge and rebrand as Vestd India while retaining the full Bangalore team and product suite!
