Vestd makes company incorporation simple. Follow this step-by-step guide to get your company registered with Companies House via Vestd.

Step 1: Create your Vestd account
Go to the Vestd website and click Register on the top right. Enter your full name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click Verify email to activate your account.
Step 2: Start the incorporation flow
Once verified, you'll land on the Get Started page. Click Incorporate a new company.
Step 3: Choose a plan
You'll be presented with two options:
- Essentials (£25/month) — our entry-level plan, ideal if you want to incorporate and manage the basics yourself. Click Join Essentials.
- Starter, Standard, Guided, or Full-Service — fuller subscription plans with additional support. Click Continue to plans to explore these. Once you complete the incorporation process, one of our team will reach out to walk you through the subscription options.

Step 4: Complete the incorporation flow
Whichever plan you choose, you'll fill out the same incorporation flow covering your company details, nature of business, directors, shareholders, and PSCs (Persons with Significant Control).
Payment is collected on the final page — a monthly fee of £25 if you selected Essentials, or a one-off £30 incorporation fee if you selected a full subscription plan.
Once you submit, Vestd will carry out ID checks before sending your incorporation request to Companies House.
Step 5: Confirmation
After submitting, you'll be taken to your dashboard where a green banner will confirm your incorporation request has been sent to Companies House.
Once your company is successfully registered, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. At that point, remember to register for Corporation Tax within 3 months of starting to trade — the email includes a link with instructions on how to do this.
