This is your central hub for managing Growth Share schemes on Vestd. Whether you're just getting started or picking up where you left off, everything you need is here. We've numbered each section in the order you'll typically work through them.

1. Valuations
Your most recent hurdle valuation report will be displayed here. Click View all to see all valuation reports drafted by us or recorded on Vestd. You can request a new hurdle valuation at any time by clicking Refresh valuation.
The valuation section also displays:
- The hurdle valuation (e.g. £0.10)
- The share class the valuation was drafted for (e.g. Vv)
- The date the valuation report was drafted (e.g. 18 September 2025)
Note: Hurdle valuation reports are typically considered valid for 90 days. We recommend requesting a new valuation if there has been a material change since the original draft, even if 90 days have not yet passed before issuing growth shares.
2. Share pools
If you've already authorised a growth share pool, you'll see the remaining shares displayed here (e.g. 290,000 / 300,000 shares remaining) along with the relevant share class (e.g. Vv). From here you can Top up an existing pool or View all pools you've created on Vestd.
From this screen, you can:
- Top up an existing pool
- View all pools you’ve created on Vestd
If you haven’t yet authorised a growth share pool, you will see the below. Click View all to be redirected to the page where you can Create a new growth share authorisation.
3. Scheme templates
Your existing Growth Share scheme templates are listed here. You can View all templates or click Create new to set up a new scheme.
If you are yet to create a growth share scheme template, you’ll see the below. Click Create new template to start designing your growth share scheme.
4. Growth share agreements
This section lists everyone you’ve issued growth shares to.
For each agreement, you will see:

The number of growth shares issued (e.g. 5,000)

The share class (e.g. Vv)
-
The hurdle valuation (e.g. £0.10)

The scheme template the agreement falls under (e.g. March 2026 share scheme)
-
The number of growth shares vested
-
The number of growth shares remaining to vest
Click View to open a recipient’s individual growth share summary.
Click View all to see the full list of growth share recipients across all schemes.
Click Issue shares to be redirected to the Growth share scheme templates page.
