Having trouble logging in?

Due to the sensitive nature of the data stored on Vestd, we take extra measures to ensure your login details are protected. 

If you’re having trouble logging in, please see if your issue can be resolved below. 

How long does my password reset link last? 

24 hours, so try to reset your password in this time. 

I didn’t receive an email to reset my password.

Please check your junk mail. 

I know my password but it’s not working.

You may have been invited to join Vestd through your work email rather than your personal email, or vice versa. Please double-check your invite email to see which email address is used there, and use that when logging in. 

What if I no longer have access to my 2FA?

Your 2FA is only available on the device you set it up with, so if you no longer have access to that device you will need to contact us at support@vestd.com

Our Customer Success team will need to ask you a few questions to verify it’s you before resetting your 2FA.
