Updating your company's registered address with Vestd and Companies House
You have the flexibility to update your company details on Vestd at anytime, and these changes will automatically be reflected at Companies House.
If you've already updated your details directly with Companies House, please refrain from duplicating these changes on Vestd, as updates made directly to Companies House will synchronise with Vestd.
How to Update Your Company's Registered Address on Vestd
Updating your company's registered address is simple:
- Log in to your Vestd dashboard.
- Find the navigation panel on the left-hand side.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Company Settings’.
4. On the 'Company Settings' page, locate your current registered address in the Company details box. Click on the ‘Edit address’ hyperlink below the address.
5. This will take you to the page where you can enter your new registered address, so please have the new address ready.
6. After entering the new address, scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a list of director and shareholder records that will be updated with the new registered address.
7. Review the details and check the box below. When you're satisfied, click ‘Update’ to finalise the address update.
You're all set! Companies House will be automatically informed of the changes.
