We sat down with Sanjeet to hear about his career journey to date, and what it’s like supporting forward-thinking startups sharing ownership.
At the start of my career, I worked in financial services as a Business Associate and later an Analyst. But I have always been interested in startups and how they grow.
I initially joined Trica Capital as a Deal Associate and was later promoted to Trica Equity as a Customer Success Manager.
I start by checking emails and updates. Most of my day goes into helping customers by answering questions, solving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly with their Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
It’s a mix of both. I enjoy the comfort and ability to focus, but I do miss casual in-person chats with the team. We stay connected online, which helps a lot. The in-person retreats organised at Vestd are a great way to reconnect and learn from each other.
I am excited to be part of a larger platform with global clients and advanced tools. There is a lot to learn, and I am looking forward to growing with the company.
Helping a wonderful client onboard MANY employees and issue grants in bulk. It really simplified their process and made a big impact.
I want to learn more about global ESOP regulations, strengthen my data skills, and understand how product features are built and used.
Don’t focus on being right, focus on solving the problem.

I enjoy long drives with music; they are my therapy.
